Lorrie Modica
Lorrie was born in Rochester on March 10, 1959. After completing her undergraduate education at the University of Rochester in 1981, Lorrie went on to Syracuse University. In 1986, she earned a law degree with honors.
From 1986-88, Lorrie was associated with a local law firm where she concentrated her practice in real estate (residential and commercial) and litigation. Thereafter, Lorrie worked as an attorney for the United States Department of Agriculture in Washington, DC. She was also in private practice concentrating in commercial real estate for a period of time in Washington, DC.
In addition to handling miscellaneous real estate transactions, Lorrie has primarily managed the business and personnel aspects of Modica & Associates since its creation.
Lorrie and her husband, Steve Modica, reside in Spencerport with their daughter Anne.
